Ah, well, could have been worse. I got tired of constantly thinking about/tracking/planning food, so I stopped, and I gained 12 lbs since February. Could have been 25, I didn't particularly care. I'm in the process of streamlining and simplifying everything else in my life, so I may as well declutter my body too! I commit to tracking now (I DID know that THAT works, at least!) and I need to do something about my daily chocolate habit. Cheers!
