So, I lost a pound finally. I think it really helped to weigh in over the weekend last week. I only had ONE day of horribleness, my Sunday football pity party...I will weigh in this weekend also...
I also took my measurements. I meant to do it when I started with the trainer but hadn't got around to it. We've been with him 3 weeks. Of course I didn't write down when I took them last (I'm thinking maybe October) but whenever it was, I've gone down 9 inches all over. Yay!
We leave one week from today for our cruise. Gotta "keep on keepin' on"....
