Happy Friday everyone! It's been a busy week and the scale did go down a pound, but I really am waiting for a woosh. I got to the gym 3 times this week: Monday, Thursday and today. Today my trainer upped the intensity/difficulty and I am feeling it. But it's a good sore. Push sled, resistance bands, and weights work.
The step thing I've been using a fair bit at the gym are DC Blocks! I remembered to find out this week instead of just killing it in the gym and leaving have dead. lol. They're pretty pricey and I'm considering if I should get them for the house. Or maybe get them as a Christmas gift for myself. I'll have to talk with hubs about it and figure it out from there.
I did retake some progress pics today. And I can kinda see a difference in them. Not sure if I'm comfortable posting them on here. As I told someone else today, I'm a little self conscious about full body pics. I know I'm pretty positive and motivated generally, but we all have things with struggle with.
Plans for the weekend: We might get in the pool, and I want to spend some time in the yard in the morning while it's cooler. We have finally had a few cooler mornings and they were glorious! Oh and I'll be pulling out my big skeleton dragon and starting to slowly decorate for Halloween! Then I can enjoy it for a month and a half before boxing it all up again.
