Finally!!!!!! After 23 days I'm at a new Low weight. It was rough, if it wasn't for the non-scale victories, I would have felt really defeated. My face is slimming, and my hips and thigh seem to have melted some...loss of fat leading to some sagginess. The soreness in my shoulders from the gym on Tuesday has finally subsided too, just some minor aches now. The gym was definitely the right call for upping the length and intensity of exercise. I've steadily finished my mile walk on the treadmill in faster time each day, not by much, but just a little.
Met with the physical therapy Lady on Friday,and it was great. She was super nice, we went through a lot of different stretches and exercise I could do. And she evaluated my muscle strength in my legs and arms and such. Next week will be meeting with a personal trainer and getting me a few routines that are customized to me. This particular trainer has a background in rehabilitation, the Physical therapist said he might be a good fit for me.
Plans for today: Pool, some yard work, housework, cleaning out my van. All of this is weather permitting. So much rain this past week. So we shall see! Next week for the youngest family member is going to be about colors so they're trying to wear certain colors on certain days. So preparing outfits for each day in advance is going to be a must.
Also need to hit up a grocery store this week. Mostly for Meat and bread. Maybe some kid snacks.
