Although I am seldom on the FS member feeds any more, I still log every day and still try to maintain strength and fitness with cycling, skiing, hiking, golfing and outside resistance workouts the main calorie expenditures.
Currently at 2850kms, 89 hrs and 20,400m climbed for cycling in 2023. Over 11,000kms and 340 hrs cycling in 2022 with most of April and May off due to my broken foot.

I see you in Hawaii more on zwift…must be taking more time off to enjoy life….that’s what it’s all about..enjoying life…and letting it fall into place….
