Ate more than I would have liked to yesterday, but maintained weight. So Im happy with where I'm starting my week off. I've lost 5 lbs the month of July which is really good for me. Hoping to do as well going forward. So close to meeting goal so I can begin the next leg of the journey. Happy Monday everyone, carpe diem!
