Not sure why the weight jumped up. Maybe I was dehydrated yesterday after the roadtrip or I am holding on to some water today. I guess we will see tomorrow. ; Baking for Christmas underway. And no I did not drink the booze or have any upside down diet pills LOL .

That happens to me ever time I lose something. The next day, even 2 days, I'll be up1 or 2 pounds for no apparent reason. That's why I don't post my weight every day.

I hear you Fritzy this happens. Part of my challenge is to step on the scale every day and to post it... otherwise I may just rely on those upside down pills too much

Weight gain could be the travel. I always hold on to water when I fly. Glad to hear you didn’t consume any of those weight watcher pills….😅😅
