I was pleased with even a little drop since I went to dinner last night with Mel and had steak. Literally cut the 10 oz steak in half and ate that and the small salad they give you and asked for no seasoning on the steak which greatly reduced the salt content and tasted great. Dad is here (very early this am) so we'll be doing garage saling this am and then a brunch and hang out for the afternoon. He'll catch a nap, I'll work on school and then dinner out tonight but we tend to get good things when we're together so I'm not worried. I literally don't cook while he's here, at least for dinners.

Sounds like a fun weekend. Being with parents should always be a good time. Enjoy them while they are here. You sound like you know some of the ins and outs of good eating out tricks. I don't get to eat out very often, and i go crazy when i do, unfortunately.
