BLAH 😒 haven’t fully recovered from covid and now allergies 🤧 my energy has been really low since yesterday. did 30 minutes of cardio then back to bed. can’t get any quality sleep, and i am very guilty of not drinking enough water. i just want to feel all better already. 😔
