Fifth and last day of my keto reset.
My weight was the same as yesterday today at 108.8
For this reset
*I lowered carbs to get control of my over eating
** I cut out problem foods: PB, cottage cheese, pork rinds, low carb treats
*** I cut out early morning cardio which left me too hungry and overeating
**** I weigh and measure everything so I do not lie to myself about the amounts of food I am eating
