I stood the ground in May... Kept to the diet Had one high carb day but the rest was low carb Highest weight was 113 and lowest 107.4 Average was probably around 110 Fatsecret says my average calories was 1963 per day I exercised most day except 2. Feeling good
Last week Average calories was 1950 and weight 110.
It is June and birthday month is over.

Liv, I did not know you were five foot two. I am 5 foot even. I am trying to get down to a hundred and fifteen pounds. That is a very good weight for me. ❤
