Very busy weekend lots of exercise working Saturday and Sunday riding trials in pouring rain and muddy conditions so plenty of cals burned there. 1723 cals intake averaged over 2 days and lost 3 pounds so well happy with this. One week and I should be back to my target weight of 10 stone.
