Ouch. Yesterday was fun. I rode my bike to the beach and did a walk on the beach. Very spiritually and emotionally nourishing but my fitness tracker was not highly impressed - not entirely because it died on the ride home. My fitness tracker gives me more points when I get my heart rate higher by running but I love my bike and nature so I need to switch it up. Then I cleaned the house and cooked for a girls night in. We had a lot of fun eating, light drinking, and playing cards against humanity. But the scale is punishing me for my debauchery. Shrimp, pizza, salad, cake. I tried to eat light but consumed more than I intended. It is much easier for me to stay on track when eating alone and without a giant table full of food and drinks. I almost didn’t record my weight today but im gonna do it. Though I heard one of you talk about only recording losses and that sounds good too! My fiancé comes home from his training this afternoon. Lots of time to go to the gym before/after I clean up the mess we made in the kitchen so he can come home to a lovely clean house. My preferences at the gym are strength training machines followed by elliptical. Though I see many of you getting a tough workout lifting free weights and I am curious. I think my gym may offer one free personal training session but I keep neglecting to ask. The other thing I wanted to try is thighs/buns/etc of steel with tamilee Webb - my favorite videos from the 90s which are now on YouTube! Have a great day FSF!!!
