37% Yay, I lost a half a pound. I was really focused on eating right yesterday and in fact was eating too little at one point but then I had some bread and soymilk and felt better. I didn't exercise (except for shooting a few hoops) but I did move furniture around so that should count for something. I contacted my new exercise buddy. She is busy getting ready for a cruise and her work schedule is haywire. She's going to call me about her schedule when she gets back so that we can get started on the exercise. I'm slowly getting back into a good routine here. Y'all have a healthy and wonderful day!

Great job with the loss! I say, if your exercise buddy isn't ready yet - start without her! Make her catch up when she gets back! :)
