A little depressed today. I weighed in today at 184. That's 9 lbs in 16 days, and after completing Phase 1. I had lost 7 in the first 8 days, so only 2 more in the past 8 days. I was hoping for more progress, maybe 10-12 lbs total. I've been following Phase 1 100%, too. I may start blending in some fruit and whole grain breads and pastas, but mostly will try to stay on Phase 1 as much as possible. We'll see where I end up next week.
