Thanks Bestees.au, 10kg and then review... 65kg is still in the overweight range for me according to the BMI scale, so it's going to mean a bit more trial and error to locate my final end goal - looking forward to it 😁

Same here lizplackard09. It appears my last 2kgs are proving to be stubborn. Over my journey iv maintained 1800 cal daily. I think I might need to drop to 1600 cal to get moving again.

Thanks so much for your lovely comments @Flossyflu and @LuluAmy23 - I am always drawing inspiration from this great FS family... It's such an organic exchange as we travel this journey together, no matter our individual goals, so much overlaps...

@DinghyDave... the upside is, I guess, that the more we work for it, the more we will appreciate it once we get over the line 💪 How patient are you? 😁 I'm not sure what your menu looks like, but an alternative to dropping calories, if that's too hard, might be to swap out something like some highly processed carbs or less healthy fats for some protein or whole foods to the same calorie value for a few weeks or even a month to see if that helps? Sometimes it's not the calories so much as the macros that can make a difference ... Will be watching to see how you go - good luck!!
