Getting ready to start the 7th month of this journey and for the first time I really feel like I have it all in place!!! WHAT A FANTASTIC FEELING. This is the longest I have ever stuck with it.....and you know what??????? I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!
So for my own edification here is where I have come so far since 6/23/2010:
Weight: 277-258=
19 lbs goneChest: 50-46= -4
Under Bust:43-40= -3
Waist: 45-42= -3
Hips: 57.5-53= -4.5
Thigh: 29-27= -2
Bicep: 17-17= no change
Calf: 18.5-18= -.5
Wrist: 7.5-7= -.5
23 inches gone Using

Other Milestones:Finally call myself a non-smoker after 16 mths smoke free
Consider myself alcohol free after nearly 30+ years of daily drinking
Down 2 sizes in my clothes
Reenergized my spiritual life in ways I never imagined possible
This Months Goals:1700 cals for 9 days/2000 cal for 10th day - repeat thru the month
40% carbs/30% fat/30% protein
cholesterol <300 mg/day
sodium <1900mg/day (RDI is 1300-1400, but this goal is about 1/2 what I was consuming)
Exercise: Committed to 45 min/day 5 days/week to include treadmill, light weights, universal, kettlebell
In regards to this challenge, I am back on track with the little arrow in green pointing downwards!!!!
