day 3.

not doing too bad although a bit down at only losing 2lb so far, my legs have suffered due to the long walk yesterday feel sorry for them having to hold up this weight.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
