Breaking the insulin resistance is the important thing, and not being hungry or craving. Those healthy fats will keep that from happening!🙋🏻It’s hard to get your head wrapped around there, but once you do, it makes it easier! Plain whole milk greek yogurt that I sweeten and add flavors to myself and fresh ground cashew, almond and peanut butters that I add my own salt and a bit of chocolate cocoa or sweetener to if I want to right before I eat them are great treats! And I’m amazed at how filling a Tablespoon is! 🤷🏻♀️ Once you leave the sugar out! LOL I store mine in the fridge too.
