Changing up breakfast. I felt like I was chasing a high fat content all day since breakfast had more than I want. Going to all egg whites now.
No cardio again. Found myself hanging sideways off a ladder where it probably shouldn't have been hanging pictures above the staircase... being in construction I couldn't help but think "this is WRONG". I'm typing here today I guess so cheated death. Not planning to do that again tho.
Really happy about my turkey cutlets skills :)
1. Heat EV olive oil in pan (just to keep stuff from sticking) 2. Add turkey cutlets 3. Sprinkle on sweet paprika, cilantro, and 1/2 a lemon 4. Flip and do the same on other side. 5. Brown up 6. Holy hell that's good.

Haha thanks rckc :) It's taken a while but I feel like I've started to get into a grove. An interesting book I read was "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". I agree/disagree with some stuff, but the 3-2-1 plate ratio has worked well for me.
Will do Meadow!! ;)
