Have seen an increase in weight the last few days, so figured it's real. I have gone over my points 2 days, but not too bad. Oh well, still sticking with it. I haven't added in much exercise yet, but hopefully I'll get motivated enough to do that next week. I know once I actually start exercising it will be easier to keep it up, it's just the starting part that's hard because I was to stay in bed!
