I am so happy I am starting to feel a loss. The numbers on the scale are minimal but I feel good. I am eating according to a clean Atkins (my own copy of 72 plan is in the mail on its way to me WOO HOO) but this weekend (per usual) I drank (low carb MGD 64 and tequilla and diet Mt Dew) but today will be clean clean.... Water Water Water.....
