That makes sense yoga! I too am not sure whether I want a couple more lbs off or not. I still have flab that may go away if I lose a little more, but I don’t want people calling me “too skinny.” I have found in our profession that people can be too quick to express concerns about eating disorders that aren’t there - at least that’s what happened to me when I first went from obese back to the weight I had naturally been as a young adult. I’ve already had a colleague bring this concern up to me recently- ironically a colleague whom I know for a fact weighs less than me, with weight similar proportionately based on our height difference. lol sorry that was a lot of rambling. Lol my dear, you’re not rambling!! And I totally understand what you’re saying!! I listen respectfully to ppl like that but they have no idea what I’m really thinking about them lol. I’ve mastered my facial expressions 😂😂 You do what’s right for you!!
As far as buffer building, I just don’t want the stress right now of figuring out a weight, a new goal or not a new goal, so I’m coasting 🏄♀️🧘🏼♀️😜❣️
