Well, according to the scales I haven't lost anything, but I'm ok with that. The last few pounds were cheating...I had a bug and didn't eat anything for almost 2 days and was very dehydrated. I gained 4 pounds back in 2 days as I got rehydrated. But I'm happy report that I lost the 4 pounds back the right way. Plus my clothes are starting to fit differently and I'm getting a little better at staying away from the scales. I need to cut it back to once a week. I'm working on it.
