Are you still not running? If I don't run I lose my 'mental release'.

I know and I think that's part of it. If I don't eat healthy I think why bother running and if I'm not running I think why eat healthy

Well coming on the site, recording the gain, is the first important step in my opinion.

In the grand scheme of things, it's okay to get off track and not eat so well; just as long as you don't stay there. You have the 'receipe' and the previous habits to get back to eating healthy but only can decide. It's the old 'should start eating healthy' as opposed to 'must start eating healthy'. You got this

You can do this! Remember how good it feels to eat healthy.
Don’t eat past 8 pm...is a good place to start. Then if you aren’t a breakfast ‘faster’...make sure to eat protein (eggs) in the morning. No carbs. It will make your body smile and start your day off on the right foot! 💪🏼😊 you got this!!!

Pick the low hanging fruit first. (1) Don't drink calories. (2) Don't eat out of cellophane bags. (3) Satisfy your sweet tooth with fruit or a stick of gum, not pastries or other candy (keep fruit and gum around; throw out the crap). (4) Drink a lot of pure water. Bathroom visits require steps. (5) Short, easy exercise is much healthier than no exercise at all when you have a desk job.

Do a few easy things until they become habitual before moving onto something new. It sounds like you know what to do but are not determined. Take time to self-reflect and make some firm decisions. Our minds fail before our bodies.
