So. Pretty shocking. And yet, looking back, I see that: I was on vacation and pretty much ate whatever I wanted...there were things I had no idea how to calculate, but figured I was WAY over RDI...normal amount of exercise (not much, but also not just sitting the whole time). Then return home and get back to regular eating, still not great on the RDI, but considerably better...and the 2 pounds I gained on vacation are now gone, along with a couple more. Sounds like an extended indulgence day, doesn't it? Interesting...
