Blood Pressure Resting 229am: 115/81 105 irregular pulse.
Breakfast 825am: Metamucil, bagel w 1 egg, onion, yellow pepper, salsa, 15g lean ham, decaf (photo)
Lunch 1pm: 10 prunes heated in water to soften, apple, water
Supper 716pm: spaghetti squash & quinoa with vegetarian spaghetti sauce, & 5 g parmesan (photo)
Snack 1100pm: cashews
I will email my dietician tomorrow about the constipation, as I have run out of ideas. I have not left my condo in more than 8 days. I am afraid that I won't have the time to get home, if the need suddenly arises. I am also very sluggish and uncomfortable, and in a bad mood, seeing these weight increases that should not be happening. I've been short on the phone with family this week-end, and I should not be displacing my anger and frustration on anyone else.
Friday evening I ate 2 pancakes (1/4 c pancake batter with only water added) that I added blue food colouring too. We'll see how long... even though I have taken medication to speed things up.
