Slept 6.3 hrs last night. To bed 115am. To sleep 200am. Awake 850am. Resting BP & Pulse upon awaking 856am: 115/68 52 Another snack at 145am, 2 ryecrisp & guacamole. And then I could go to sleep. I added snack to todays breakfast. In FS I wish we could separate time our snacks are eaten, so we could keep track of how frequently we consume food in 24 hours. I also wish we could enter the time we began to eat each meal. I will start to journal it today, and see how it goes. 1:45am snack - Ryecrisp w guacamole w corn 9:30am breakfast - Red River porridge w strawberries, yogurt, decaf, 1:45pm lunch - mushroom zucchini egg frittata, salsa, 2 corn on cob(no additions) 6:35pm supper - left-over frittata, vegies, beans, air-fried cauliflower w parmesan, watermelon 1130am snack - cashews, 70% choc Today I had a nap 515pm to 610pm, mostly to rest my legs as I am having horrible right knee pain, almost feels like chipped bones or knee cap moving sideways. I took 1 Tylenol for pain. It helped.
