Not the direction I wanted to go. I weighed in on my mother's dial scale Sunday morning and I was 143 - my goal weight! I was so happy! Then I came back to my scale and reality. I had forgotten Mom's scale was 3 pounds off. :-( So, a weekend off didn’t do me any favours. But, back at it again. :-)
