2 week update:
In process of a move and vacation, I didn't follow my meal plan (based on "If It Fits Your Macros") to a "t." However, I did track everything. I got less walking in (around 10 miles), but have already reached my monthly goal of 50 miles.
In January, I set myself a goal of weighing 275 lbs or less by May 15th, 2017. I reached that goal.
I am setting myself a new mid-range goal of getting to 243 lbs by the first of September. It will be a loss of 10% of my body weight (-27 lbs) when I am at 270 lbs. It will translate into 10 pounds per month for June, July, and August. I think it is an attainable goal.
