Thank you but that has since changed. I expect that I have gained at least 3 pounds so far this week. And I just ate out and I feel so not good about it - very uncomfortable. We plan on camping tomorrow night so I'll get a large dose of sodium. Maybe I'll skip my Sunday weigh in. 😁
