9st 2lb (1.5 off at WW) I was pleased with WW result as feared a gain after putting on half last week when I hadn't even had my dinner, and I did have it this week! I'm surprised to lose weight this week as again I've only really been swimming and I haven't really stinted on the eating front! But I have had a bit of an upset tum so that's probably all it is and I need to brace myself for leveling out next week! Even though I'm at and beyond my goal weight, it's still hard to let go of that buzz of seeing the number drop, hunger is not the only demon to overcome in your weight loss journey, there's a whole bunch of mind games going on in there as well that you need to deal with! I'm off today to a lovely Regency picnic, got my Pimms and my costume all ready - but I'll still be wearing my trusty fitbit, and hoping that a "turn about the park" might qualify me for bounts #weekendworkout!
