9st 10.5lb (no WW) Well another gain that I wasn't expecting based on my logged food vs expenditure, I think I just have to accept that it's just too much effort to get lower and I'd be less dispirited if I focussed on maintaining rather than trying to lose. Or I could blame not swimming this week, loads more desk work than usual, and/or the packet of revels I ate, put it all behind me and stick with it knowing it'll all come out in the wash eventually!
