home scale and am. Had a good day yesterday and exercises done but still had bloating from too much salt intake. This morning getting ready to do exercises and standing and walking around then get breakfast made .

Keep it going Sara, every day add 1 more thing, or 1 more minute of exercise. If one becomes easy, move to the next harder one. Challenge yourself to step outside your limitations for 1 more minute every day. You are doing great. Usually when you intake a lot of sodium, drinking some extra water will flush it out of your system. It does make for a busy night when you are trying to sleep though! Have a fantastic day!
