I ate out twice yesterday and still did very well. Brought my own veggies and work up early to work out! I'd like to get below 156 very soon. I hate hovering around the same weight for 2+ days!
Switching slowly to organic... Had a nice affordable whole foods trip this morning! Looking for a CSA to join in on.
