been a stressful few weeks. I haven't been eating too badly, but I'm definitely not sleeping properly and my weight is fluctuating by about 1.5kg up and down every couple days from too much stress, too much coffee, not enough water and poor quality sleep... it's taken 2 years of our life being put on hold due to the pandemic... but we're finally picking our plans back up and fly out to Ireland in July for our move. it's taken ages for it to all happen so quickly. the next few weeks are going to be mad. I'm bracing myself for the emotional rollercoaster.
