Lasagna and bubbly with friends 🥂🍝 I only eat a very carb loaded meal and drink alcohol once a week. I notice that it does affect my scale slightly the next morning - but it balances my week and gives me a chance to indulge my love for all things containing flour and gluten without completely bringing out from cravings 😂
