I tried something different with my albacore tuna today. I mixed tumeric and curry sauce and a tsp of plain yoghurt with it. Put some on the Kii natural crisps that are only 80 calories for five crackers It was delicious! Two cherry tomatoes. Only two left from my garden after the frost hail and snow last night. 🙁

Back on track after hosting a 90 th birthday party and surprise guests from Alberta and the GTA. So many treats but I was very good and did not over indulge as my weight is down! 😀
169.7 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
