Broke thru my 257. This number has scarred me! I have been at this weight before and always gain weight! It is because at this weight I can wear a size 14 pants and a medium to large shirt and I always start to like the way that I look that I begin to think that I can have a little of this to eat or a little of that to eat!! I won't feel successful until I get out of the 250 numbers period!!! I know its in my head but you just dont know how happy I am to leave the number 257!!!
