Don't be so hard on yourself. It took your whole life for you to develop your eating habits and it realistically can't be an overnight fix to unlearn all of those behaviors. Just take what happened and learn from that small slip and move forward. It's a journey and journeys are usually no fun without a few twists, turns, ups and downs. It's about feeling better - not beating yourself up over a little slippy-slide. ;-) You got this.

I've been there many times & I'm just getting my head straight AGAIN. Life throws us curves and it's not easy to plow thru them all the time. Do something you enjoy that doesn't include food, no matter how simple. I put on my headphones and listen to my favorite tunes. Hugs & enjoy the day.

I love this quote "progress, not perfection!" I think this applies to all of us who have changed their lifestyle and eating habits. Tomorrow is a new day, you know what you have to do.

You can do it! Hashimotos is rough on weight loss and motivation, but you’ve done well by recognizing how you can change things. Wishing you progress from here forward!
