This week was not easy, was derailed on a couple of days but still I am glad was able to keep the weight going down. 1 week at a time.
197.1 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
