I ate normally yesterday and didn’t over eat, and tada! I lost 0.8 kg overnight and I didn’t skip any meals too🥰🥰! I didn’t even get a chance to exercise. What I learnt was that we need to stop unnecessary snacking throughout the day😛😋! And we must remember to exercise. I do dancing for 20-30 minutes a day! And I always keep a count of my calories. 🍔
Breakfast 🥞: 300-400 Calories Lunch 🥗: 500-600 Calories Dinner 🥘 : 500-600 Calories
And you can eat more calories than this trust me but you must workout to burn out the extra calories we ate. Drink lots of water and keep a positive mindset. By the way I’m not a dietician or anything I’m just 15 😂! Hope this helped😘
