For me, without the weight lifting, I would have gained a lot of the weight back by now. I hit my BMI weight (163 lbs) and I'm telling you I looked like crap. Saggy skin and muscles. I was no longer fat (technically I was no longer overweight either), but ONLY weight lifting could fix the mess my body was after being obese all my adult life. Anyway, just wanted to say Yes! Your plan is good!
