I have been going overboard at gym, weights and my new thing is pickleball,next week will be off work and heading to Johnson and Wales College in Miami for a National Restaurant Association college classes, YIKES, more nutrition classes.If I hear anything new I will pass it on as I know we are going to talk about the KETO WOE I'm sure there will be much food for the week, and classes run from 6:30 in morning till at least 8 at night for 4 days and 1/2 day on Friday so I know I will never make it to the gym next week..Hopefully will be up for a pickleball game on Saturday the 24 when I return, I know I will not have time to enter any foods that I might eat for next week as they keep you busy, And My life and journey goes on and I'm DO N OK !!! And happy Fathers day to ALL the Fathers out there !!!
