Stitches are out, Yes, back to spinn, weights, pickle ball,Trying to feel normal again..Stomach needs adjustment so have upped IMF game, for me this works, but still need my Java and 1/2 and 1/2 every morning .Dr. appointment next Monday, now a new one, third new one this year...Need to up exercise, cut foods down.My wife has also jumped on the band wagon with me, so makes it a lot easier , but she is a rower , very athletic,does low carb and IF.Her favorite is spaghetti squash with no sugar added marinara, spicy chicken sausage, spinach, hot peppers..Its very good..And I'm Do N OK !!!
