This is just a small goal, and keeps getting pushed. I won't lie to my buddies, I am just not in a good space. I take 10 steps forward and 15 back. I was in a better space last month getting into those "bad" patterns. Stuffing my feelings, eating carbs to soothe. Sorry to sound like a downer. I guess the carbs are making me feel crappy too. I will shake this off, I promise.

That green line says you can do it! You have done it before. I had a backwards week last week too. Let's make next week a going forward again week! I'm sorry you're in a bad space but hope you are super proud of yourself for your huge accomplishments so far. {{hugs}}

OK, two things, even though you admit things haven't gone well lately you haven't really gone backwards AND you've recognized this AND you have some goals to make some changes and shake this off. So look candidly at what you've been doing on the diet and activity front and shake it up...also don't ever forget that you've lost over 70 pounds!!! Now is a great time to reset and shoot for the intermediate goal and set some new ones. Take care and wishing you all the best!!
