Weight went the wrong direction today, very possibly could be fluid retention. Spent most of the afternoon riding in the pickup yesterday. BS was in range this AM 104, so feel good about that. A trip to the grocery store, a look at the Induction meal plans and continued work outs. Should produce a good week next week. Looking forward to Monday and the Shed it or Dread Challenge!!
