Every once in a while I get like that Xappie. Been KETO since Sept 2016 and lost over 100. Let me tell you. The only thing to do is prepare and memorize a list of things you never want to see again. Those SIZE pants. That EXTRA skin there. Not being able to walk 2 miles. I have 10 things. As you stand there in front of the cabinet or refrigerator start counting them off and then ask "Is this really worth it?" The answer will always be know and you will find a strength in you to move on. It's worked 100's of times for me over the last 8 months. Also, try not to miss life while you're trying to lose weight. I am finding moderation not abstinence works well. I can NEVER go back to the old ways. I can visit every once in a long while though. :D
