The Scale: Uffda! 5.4lb gain. 😫 This is what two birthday parties and an anniversary party in one weekend gets me. I'm sure at least 2.5 of that is water weight because my sodium intake has been off the charts the last few days, but still, it is difficult to see. And I didn't even eat close to what I used to eat back before I changed my lifestyle. No wonder my body was so sick. Time to get back to it, right.
NSV: Back in 2012 I tried to change my lifestyle and get healthy. I had purchased a cute outfit as a reward for when I got down to a size 18. That time never came, but I held on to the outfit "just in case," knowing that there was not much of a chance that I would ever be able to fit into it. This weekend I wore it! I couldn't believe it fit. This is the smallest I have been since 1998!!! And the most healthy I have been in a decade.
