The Scale: I'm happy with this. I'm a fulltime university student (yes, at 47). Classes started back, and last week was very busy....crazy 18 hour days. I didn't get in the amount of walking as I like, nor sleep. Still, it's a good loss.
NSV: After my last semester finished I was very sick and fat. I would get worn out walking from class to class and dreaded the walk. I would be sweaty and out of breath. 😫 I was miserable! This semester has been so different. Now, walking from building to building, I'm cruising past the other students ( a lot younger than I am ) with a 25 pound backpack and I feel good, AND I'm happy to get the walk in. I even made it up the hills without breaking stride, without stopping, without feeling like I was going to die. It was a HUGE contrast. My body has become so much healthier and I feel great. 😁

Such a great feeling to be able to move without effort, well done. And, congrats on going back to school, I did that at 43 and began a whole new life. Education is the key to everything.
